We ship to Canada and the United States of America using Canada Post's oversized letter mail (no tracking or insurance) or with Canada Post's parcel service (comes with a tracking number and insurance).  Shipping costs are NOT included in our product pricing.  We offer a convenient flat rate shipping charge based on the delivery location.  Shipping charges are subject to tax if applicable. 

We offer free shipping within Canada on orders over $150.00 before taxes and any discounts.

Pick up is also welcome, when your order is complete we will contact you with the pick up address in Grand Valley, Ontario.
